The Botkins Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC), a non-profit 501(c) (3), is working with the Botkins Memorial Pool Committee (BMPC), under the laws of the State of Ohio, for the primary purpose of renovating The Botkins Memorial Pool.

1. Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by the BCIC or BMPC. No modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made by the BCIC or BMPC.

2. Raffle drawing shall be held at The Botkins Memorial Pool, 110 East State Street, Botkins, OH 45306 on October 28th, 2007 . All tickets must be received by October 27th, 2007 to be eligible for the drawing.

3. Eligibility: Each entrant, by entering the Raffle, agrees to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and further agrees to release Sielschott and Walsh, Inc, BCIC, BMPC, and its committee, employees, and members from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the raffle including, but not limited to, the selection process. The Raffle is open to any eligible person residing in a country or state where the Raffle is not prohibited. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. No employees or member of Sielschott and Walsh Inc., the BCIC or BMPC are eligible to enter the Big Splash Airstream Raffle.

4. Ticket Purchases: The cost to purchase a single entry (1) for the Raffle is $100.00 in U.S. funds. No more than 1,000 tickets will be sold. Any entrant may purchase more than one ticket. An entrant can enter the Raffle by purchasing tickets over the Internet from our secure Web site located at www.airstreamraffle.com or by contacting a member of the BMPC. Tickets purchased over the internet can be paid through Pay Pal. Tickets purchased from a BMPC member may be made in check or cash. If an entrant's payment is dishonored by the bank for any reason, such entrant's ticket(s) will be declared invalid unless full and satisfactory payment is made prior to the Raffle drawing. All tickets will be handled and recorded on a first come, first served basis. Any ticket forms and payments (including payments previously dishonored) received after closure of the Raffle will be returned to the entrant. Upon receipt of a completed registration form and valid payment, a ticket(s) with assigned drawing number will be issued and held at Sielschott and Walsh, Inc. Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be returned by mail for purchases made over the Internet, through the mail, or by phone. Vouchers shall be mailed to the entrant within ten (10) business days of issuance.

6. Claiming of prizes: After the prizes are chosen, the prize winners will be contacted by phone and by certified mail. Details of obtaining prizes 1 -5 will be explained in the letter. All shipping and/or delivery costs will be incurred by the winner. Also, any upgrades or added options will be at the expense of the winner. Timing of the delivery will be at the discretion of the dealers who have contracted with the BCIC or BMPC for the prizes. All cash prizes will be sent out by money order once positive identification of the winner has been done.

7. Drawing: The drawing will be held at the Botkins Memorial Pool on July 4, 2007 . Valid entries for the drawing must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2007. Winners need not be present to win. Drawing is open to the public.

8. All prize winners are responsible for all costs associated with title, registration, licensing, delivery and other applicable fees associated with their respective prizes, as well as for all local, state, and federal taxes, including, but not limited to without limitation, all luxury, special, and income taxes that may be applicable. Winners will be required to provide the BMPC with a valid social security number and must complete all IRS and similar forms requested by the BMPC prior to delivery of their prizes. Failure to do so within thirty (30) days of request shall result in an automatic forfeiture of such winner's prize. In the event of forfeiture, an alternate prize winner ticket will be drawn for the prize that was forfeited within five (5) days of forfeiture.

9. Modification or Cancellation of Drawing: The BCIC and the BMPC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle. If 800 tickets are not sold by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2007, BMPC, at its option, may modify the Raffle by withdrawing the prizes and split the remaining net proceeds (income less expenses) equally between one drawn entrant (the Grand Prize winner) and the BMPC. In the event that any non-monetary prize is lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, the BMPC shall be limited to refund of ticket price to participants. The BCIC and the BMPC's liability for any other claim is limited to refund of ticket price.

10. Awarding of Prizes: More than one name may be listed on a registration form, but the first name listed shall be deemed the entrant. To redeem a prize, a social security number must be provided, and it must be that of the entrant. Delivery or payment of any prize shall be made solely to the entrant. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant in a multiple party entry to allocate any such prize among the participants in a multiple party entry.

11. Authority and Control: The decision of the BCIC and BMPC shall be final in all matters concerning the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to the law of the State of Ohio. Void where prohibited by law.

12. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by the BMPC, and agrees to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.
